Carolee Martinez

Meet Carolee Martinez, a registered dental assistant since 2024. Originally from the beautiful country of Belize, Carolee moved to NL in 2015 on a bursary scholarship to study at Grenfell. She graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in psychology.

She began her dental career in Corner Brook as a level one assistant, where she developed a passion for oral health. In 2023, she earned her level two dental assistant license and received the Robert Kavanagh Award for clinical practice.

Her favourite part about working in dentistry is helping patients understand oral health and achieve confident smiles. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, trying new recipes, and spending quality time with her partner and their wiener dog, Shadow.
